Digital service

The Service provides digital content generated on demand. Once generation has started, we may be unable to offer a refund because costs are incurred immediately.

When refunds may be granted

We may grant a refund if the Service fails to deliver the purchased output due to a technical issue on our side.

How to request a refund

Contact support via Telegram with your order ID and a short description of the issue. If payments are handled by a third-party provider, the provider’s refund workflow may apply.
