Terms of Service for personalized animated videos on AnimateMe

1. Agreement

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of animateme.pro and related services operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mozgovoi Ilia Yureivich("we", "us"), registered in the Republic of Armenia.

1.2. By placing an order or paying for a video, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Service description

2.1. We provide on-demand generation of short personalized 3D-style animated videos ("Video") based on photos and story information you submit.

2.2. Video length depends on the plan you select (typically about 5–30 seconds).

2.3. Results are delivered via the order page on our website and/or through our Telegram bot (@animatemepro_bot), if you link it.

3. How orders work

3.1. You complete the quiz, choose style and story format, upload photos, and confirm consent to photo processing.

3.2. After successful payment, we start generating your Video. Typical delivery time is 24–72 hours, but may vary depending on load and technical factors.

3.3. Each paid order includes one final video for the selected plan. Free revisions are not included unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

4. Pricing and payment

4.1. Prices are shown on the website at checkout in USD. Payment is due in full before generation begins.

4.2. Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), which acts as Merchant of Recordfor those transactions. This means Paddle may appear on your bank statement, process your payment, handle sales tax/VAT where applicable, and provide the checkout receipt. By paying, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms and privacy policy.

4.3. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and basic transaction metadata (order ID, amount, currency). We do not receive or store your full card number.

4.4. Until Paddle is fully enabled, checkout may run in test/mock mode on staging; production charges will always go through Paddle when live.

4.5. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Paddle may process approved refunds to your original payment method.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and photos you have the right to use.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or third-party content without permission.
• Do not use the Service for harassment, fraud, or impersonation.

We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these Terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

6.1. After full payment, you receive a personal license to use the delivered Video for private, non-commercial purposes (gifts, social media for friends and family, etc.).

6.2. We retain rights to our website, brand, templates, and underlying technology. You may not resell or sublicense the Service itself.

6.3. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads solely to fulfill your order.

7. Photo processing and privacy

Photo handling, retention, and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours after generation in most cases.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

8.1. The Video is AI-generated. Results depend on your photos and inputs. We do not guarantee a specific artistic outcome or likeness accuracy.

8.2. The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or discontinue features. Material changes will be posted on this page. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
